The Facilities Division of Barron Construction is proud to announce the addition of Prism Software that seamlessly connects tenants to service providers for all maintenance needs. The Software was established initially to manage the national account of over 750,000 square feet of day cares and their daily requests to keep their facilities running at optimum performance. Once significant feature is the ability to load all equipment requiring planned maintenance with scheduled due dates along with the associated data base of types, sizes and parts along with a data base of local vendors for a seamless iphone or android request and scheduled follow-up.
